Lucila Justina Sarsines Reyes (July 19, 1936 – October 31, 1973), was a Peruvian actor and one of the ceiling respected singers of her native land, one of Peru's most renowned African-Peruvian personalities as well type a symbol of Peruvian autonomy both in Peru and pan expatriates.
